Application Research Of Green Building Construction Technology

With the continuous development of the world economy,human beings are demanding more and more from their own needs of living,living and communication to transform nature.Consequently,the global consumption of natural resources and energy is increasing,and the damage to the environment is also increasing.We advocate energy conservation,environmental protection and sustainable development.Exhibition has become the consensus and direction of all mankind.In many industries of resource occupancy and environmental pollution,the construction industry accounts for a large proportion,and its unique characteristics of long construction cycle and resource occupancy make its impact on the environment and resource consumption in the production process have to arouse people's attention.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the research status,basic theory and evaluation criteria of green construction at home and abroad combined with the research results of experts and predecessors.This paper expounds the significance and role of green construction promotion from two aspects of relevant government departments and construction enterprises.Secondly,by introducing the general situation of Phase 1 project of Baoshide China Headquarters and the evaluation criteria of the project,the problems that need to be solved in green building and green construction are derived,and the problems encountered in the management and promotion of the project are considered.Then,through the collation and analysis of the content of green building problem solving,the implementation scheme and technology that can be used in green construction are refined and simplified.It also introduces in detail how to solve the problems of green construction and the contents of new technologies and methods used in the project by adopting such methods as standardized management in the actual construction process of the project,and puts forward suggestions for improving the problems encountered in the management and promotion of the project.On the one hand,it clarifies the difference and relationship between green building and green construction,on the other hand,it summarizes the measures and methods adopted,which provides a model for construction units.The purpose of this paper is to provide some meaningful theoretical reference and practical reference for the promotion and application of green construction in China from the perspective of construction by studying the practical application of green building and green construction in the project process.
