| Carbon emission is a global hot topic,how to realize "low energy consumption,high efficiency" social and economic development is the goal pursued by any country.Since China began to implement the emission reduction targets of the Kyoto Protocol gradually in 12th Five-Year,some achievements have been achieved,but the extensive traditional growth mode still exists for a long time.Therefore,the Chinese government is still the low carbon development as an important plan in 13th Five-Year".In view of this,this article through the research on China’s bored pile construction process of carbon emissions,details from the start,and strive to explore energy-saving emission reduction plan,promote the optimization and adjustment of the process,to ensure the sustainable development of China’s green building industry in the long term.The construction of the basic part of the project accounts for about 1/4 of the whole building project,the potential energy saving space of 5%-10%,visible on the basis of the construction of the building is of great significance.Through the research on the carbon emissions of the impact bored pile construction,we can get the carbon emissions of similar construction process,which can effectively guide the construction technology and construction methods.This paper first analyzes the construction technology of bored pile,combined with the specific environment,labor,materials,machinery and other characteristics,the carbon emission factor of the process,and determine the amount of factor pile unit engineering quantity required.Based on the national standard of carbon emission calculation,a carbon discharge model of bored pile foundation is built.Combined with the practical engineering experience and the consumption of human,material and machinery,the carbon emission factor under punching process is obtained in a specific environment.Based on "building carbon emissions measurement standards" under the "list of Statistics" and "building information model" concluded that carbon emissions,carbon emissions for the construction of bored pile in Yanping District index about 90.67kgCO2/m floating on fand carbon emissions;construction equipment to foundation construction of carbon emissions 75.24%;half carbon punching machine to emissions of carbon emissions above the foundation construction;.Finally,based on the data of carbon emissions from the construction process of bored pile under,TOSIS method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method as the research method,programming model,the model of scheme selection and evaluation,the energy-saving emission reduction objectives and measures of construction technology of bored pile under.With micro practice,it will contribute a lot to the green development of construction industry. |
