Mongolia is an important node country in the Belt and Road Economic Belt.Mongolia has a lot of natural resources to be developed,but Mongolia has even more infrastructure to be built.Therefore,Chinese companies,especially construction companies,have invested more in Mongolia.This aspect has solved the problem of insufficient construction capacity in Mongolia.On the other hand,after many Chinese-funded enterprises entered Mongolia,various problems have arisen,and therefore,it is necessary to study the risks of Chinese-funded enterprises in Mongolia.This paper focuses on the risk of Chinese-funded construction companies investing in Mongolia.The research content mainly includes laying out the risk management at home and abroad and has a holistic understanding of the existing status of research problems.At the same time,the current research results,research hotspots,future research trends,etc.,are sorted out in order to ensure the significance of this research.This paper then expounds the basic theories such as risk management and specialization and uses this as a tool to analyze the investment risk of Chinese-funded construction enterprises in Mongolia.First,detailed data models and questionnaires are established,and AHP is used to analyze the investment risks of Chinese-funded construction enterprises in Mongolia.Secondly,the results of the data and questionnaire are used to collate and analyze the investment risks of Chinese-funded enterprises in Mongolia.Classification is done to find out the influencing factors;finally,combined with the results of this study,suggestions,and countermeasures for the development of Chinese-funded construction enterprises in Mongolia and other industries in China are put forward.
