Photovoltaic power generation(PVPG)is a new technology,which helps promote the large-scaled development and use of renewable energy.On the earth,wind and polar power also belong to clean renewable resources,which have a broad prospect of application.However,a PVPG suffers high risks,such as low conversions rates,large area,high cost and limited time cycle.Moreover,the study on investment risks is incomplete in our nation.Therefore,it is meaningful to use a systematic method to identify and evaluate investment risks for a PVPG project.Recently,the investment on PVPG projects has been accelerated by the development of PVPG technology and the governmental supporting policies.Thus,it is important to study on the risks in a PVPG project.In this paper,we look into risk identification and evaluation while considering the characteristics of a PVPG project,and develop a model for the risk evaluation in Z company's PVPG project with Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).In this paper,we first summarise the general ideas and methodologies regarding risk evaluation,the risk-generating mechanics and rules in a PVPG project,and identify the risks in a PVPG project;we obtain six risks:natural,technological,economic,administrative,political and marketing,analyse their behaviours,and construct a risk-evaluation index system;furthermore,we use a comprehensive evaluation model based on AHP to evaluate the PVPG project in Z company,and check its correctness and applicability;finally,we apply our methodology to Z company,and give corresponding policies and suggestions.
