Research On Post-evaluation Of Social Impact Of Jianghan Canal Navigation Project Based On Mahalanobis-taguchi System

Post-evaluation of social impact is an indispensable part of post-evaluation of construction projects.The post-evaluation of social impact evaluates the results or the tangible and intangible benefits of the completed projects,which from the aspects of economy,society and development,and focuses on the evaluation of the impact of the project on the region and the community.The post-evaluation of social impact will help to ensure that the project is in harmony with the social environment in which it is located,so as to promote the utilization of various resources,rationalize the industrial layout,optimize the allocation of resources,and maximize the social and economic benefits.Jianghan Canal is the first artificial canal in China.In addition to water transfer function which transfers water from Yangtze River to Hanjiang River,the Jianghan Canal has agricultural irrigation,shipping logistics,eco-tourism and many other functions.It has an impact on all aspects of social life along the region,resulting in social and social impact is unparalleled in other construction projects.So the Jianghan Canal navigation project social impact evaluation is even more important.The Mahalanobis-Taguchi system approach was established by Dr.Genichi Taguchi on the basis of the study of Taguchi’s approach to improving innovation.For more than ten years,the research and application of Mahalanobis-Taguchi system in pattern recognition,classification prediction and comprehensive evaluation have been paid more and more attention.Compared with other methods,the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system is based on the analysis of the sample data,and it is not necessary to empower the evaluation index.It can also filter the optimization index system through the combination of the orthogonal table and the signal-to-noise ratio,and has good versatility.Considering these factors,the paper uses the field system evaluation method to evaluate the social impact of Jianghan Canal navigation project.This paper first introduces the construction of Jianghan Canal navigation project and its operation and development status,and analyzes the social impact of Jianghan Canal navigation project on the area along the area.Secondly,it expounds the related concepts,characteristics,principles and contents of the social impact evaluation ofJianghan Canal navigation project.This paper compares the commonly used evaluation methods,and on this basis,selects the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system as the evaluation method of this paper,and introduces the basic theory,characteristics and implementation steps of the Mahalanobis-Taguchi system.According to the idea and principle of the post-evaluation index of Jianghan Canal navigation project,combined with the actual situation of Jianghan Canal navigation project,the index system of social impact evaluation of Jianghan Canal navigation project was established,and the indexes were explained.Finally,the paper analyzes the social impact of the Jianghan Canal navigation project by using Mahalanobis-Taguchi system,and points out that the Jianghan Canal navigation project needs to improve and strengthen the social influence according to the evaluation results.
