Nowadays,under the increasingly fierce market competition,the outsourcing model has gradually become an important means for the enterprise to enhance their core competitiveness,to control production costs and improve the efficiency of business operations.Especially for building materials and equipment manufacturing enterprises,as the building materials and structure of the equipment is usually complicated and huge,which also have significant features such as a wide range of components and extremely long length of production cycle and etc.Since the existing resources of the enterprise is difficult to meet the operation of the entire business,it is necessary to seek partners for carrying out business outside association,also for using the outsourcing resources for collaborative production in a reasonable way and to improve overall operational efficiency and control production costs.Based on above,the research mainly includes the following points:(1)The present situation of the enterprises which majors in building materials and equipment manufacturing is analyzed in this paper,based on it,the significance of the outsourcing-cost for their development is analyzed,also the problems and deficiencies in the optimization of the resources combination is analyzed.The current situation of combination optimization,outsourcing resources and solving algorithm both at home and abroad is researched in this paper.(2)Focus on the enterprise case,the characteristics and processes is analyzed in this paper,also the specific characteristics and processes both of the production outsourcing and process outsourcing are analyzed based on the part of the outsourcing process in the enterprise.The definition and characteristics of the outsourcing resources in building materials and equipment enterprises is given and clarified.Aiming at the problems existing in the process of outsourcing,the strategy of the optimization of the outsourcing resources for the enterprises is put forward in this paper,and the model of the optimization is established.(3)The differential evolution algorithm is designed for solving the combined optimization model.Based on the analysis of the traditional differential evolution algorithm,the traditional differential evolution algorithm is improved from the three aspects of population initialization,coupled mutation strategy and adaptive scalingfactor,which effectively solves the weaknesses of being slow and easy to fall into the local optimal solution in the traditional differential evolution algorithm,improving the practicality and superiority of the algorithm.Then the improved differential evolution algorithm is applied to the concrete example to solve the optimization problem of the resource composition of the building materials equipment manufacturing enterprise.The effectiveness of the new algorithm is verified by simulation and comparison.(4)A building materials equipment manufacturing enterprise in Tang Shan is using as a specific study object,and the process of outsourcing also the management mode is analyzed in this paper.The design and development of the management information system of outsourcing is completed,also the main modules such as the optimization of the outsourcing resources is introduced.At present,the system has been applied well in the enterprise,and it is checked and accepted by the enterprise.
