Research On Outsourcing Management Of Heavy Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises For Collaborative Manufacturing

Today's heavy equipment manufacturing companies are facing more and more challenges,the market uncertainty is increasing,customer demand changes are also accelerating,and collaborative manufacturing is getting more and more attention.Strengthening the management of enterprise outsourcing is an important part of the realization of collaborative manufacturing.The management of external equipment of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises is an important part of enterprise supply chain management.Strengthening the management of external management of enterprises is of strategic significance for reducing production costs and improving the efficiency of enterprises.First of all,this paper reviews a large number of relevant domestic and foreign literatures,and on the basis of reviewing the development of collaborative manufacturing,outsourcing and partner selection,analyzes the problems,external features and external relations of the external equipment manufacturing enterprises.The process,and put forward the core of the outsourcing management of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises under collaborative manufacturing,expounding the management methods and processes from the aspects of information sharing,synchronization of operation and decision-making,collaborative incentives and selection of external partners,and put forward specific External management improvement measures.Secondly,the evaluation model and the outsourcing combination optimization model of the external cooperation partners of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises are constructed.An evaluation index system consisting of six levels of indicators including technology and processing capability,quality level,delivery capacity,price level,information transmission capability and service level was designed.The analytic hierarchy process is used to construct an evaluation model for the external partners of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises,and it is possible to select relatively good production partners and process partners.Then the application of 0-1 target planning constructs the outsourcing combination optimization model of heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises for collaborative manufacturing,which can achieve the best benefit of the whole combination.Finally,this paper demonstrates the external partner evaluation model and the outsourcing combination optimization model for heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises for collaborative manufacturing,and conducts external management application for specific heavy equipment manufacturing enterprises.It has verified its feasibility and has good practical effects.It has certain reference significance for similar enterprises.
