Reciprocating compressors are widely used in petrochemical,machinery,transportation and other fields.Because of its special power machinery and way of compressed gas,so that the structure is more complex,parts are more prone to many problems in use,especially when working in many vibration sources,there is a vibration problem in different degrees.In order to reduce the vibration of the pipeline,the buffer tank is the most commonly used and effective device,which plays an important role in improving the vibration of reciprocating compressor piping system.At present,the reciprocating compressors on engineering is usually not 100% load conditions stable operation,resulting in the factory put into use the buffer tank,the buffer volume generally cannot reach the requirements of reducing vibration,lead to a buffer effect is not ideal,so that the gas pulsation and pipe vibration are not up to standard,which affects the production safety.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the effect of different structure buffers on the vibration of pipeline.The reciprocating compressor buffer as the object in this paper,mainly studies the different structure of buffer volume,the ratio of length to diameter,outlet diameter on the effect of pipeline gas column natural frequency and gas pulsation.Based on the wave theory of plane,the pipeline structure model is established according to the operating parameters of the compressor,and its simulation analysis and calculation are carried out.The main work of this paper is reflected in the following aspects:(1)Through the theoretical analysis of the causes and harms of pipeline vibration,Analyzing the influence of setting buffer on the pipeline vibration in the process system of reciprocating compressor.Further analysis its structure form and the key factors that affect the reduce vibration.(2)The reciprocating compressor buffer under the condition of clearance stepless regulation is taken as the object of study.Under the 100% load operating conditions of the reciprocating compressor.The volume,the ratio of length to diameter and the outlet diameter of the buffer are taken as variables.FLUENT software is used to simulate analysis and calculation,and the influence of the buffer structure on the gas pulsation is analyzed.ANSYS software is used to simulate and analyze the influence of buffer structure to avoid the pipeline gas column resonance.This paper summarizes the effect of the buffer structure on reducing gas pulsation and avoiding the gas column resonance of the pipeline,and selecting the buffer with the best vibration reduction effect.(3)Under the condition of clearance stepless regulation,the influence of the selected optimal buffer on the gas pulsation and the gas column natural frequency is studied.And the change of vibration reduction effect is analyzed.Finally,the vibration reduction effect of the optimal buffer in different operation conditions is summarized and Come to conclusion.Finally,the work of full text is summarized,and the follow-up research work is prospected.
