| Haihe Basin is currently the region with the strongest human activities in China. The population of the basin is relatively dense and the economy is developing rapidly. This leads to fierce competition in water use in various industries, and the intensity of development and utilization is high, which is in a state of serious imbalance between supply and demand.Studying the water balance of the Haihe Basin can quantitatively reveal the relationship between the water cycle process and the natural ecosystem, and make reasonable arrangements to meet the different water needs of various departments. In the water resources development and utilization of water balance, accurate water resources can improve the accuracy of the balance difference, check the rationality of water resources, and reflect the development and utilization of water resources in the basin, and predict the future trend of water resources.Provide planning basis and basis for sustainable utilization and rational allocation of water resources in regional or river basins. The non-water consumption in the water resources development and utilization water balance equation is an important factor in the analysis of regional or basin water balance. At present, the non-water consumption is usually calculated on the basis of water balance. We calculates the river evaporation in the second-level zone of Haihe Basin from 2001 to 2016 because of the definition of non-use of water.Evaporation and drainage losses are used to estimate the non-water consumption of Haihe Basin.By studying the spatial and temporal changes of land use and rainfall evaporation in Haihe Basin, the river evaporation, lake evaporation and diving in non-water consumption are estimated.Evaporation to verify that the water balance difference is equal to zero. The results show that:(1)The quantity of water resources changes greatly in time, which may be affected by changes in natural conditions and human development and utilization of water resources, resulting in changes in natural water circulation systems and surface and groundwater production conditions.Regular changes.(2)According to the definition of non-water consumption, the water balance of Haihe Basin can be controlled to about 10% of the water resources, which has a good reference significance, and the accuracy of the long-term sequence water balance is higher. |
