| The breeding industry in the northeast of China has developed rapidly.The architectural form of livestock and poultry houses also develops diversified.The brick structure,the color steel structure,the greenhouse structure and the concrete structure are widely used.These four structures have problems of high energy consumption,high maintenance cost,long construction cycle and so on.According to the national strategy of building energy conservation and the development of breeding economy in Northeast China,a new type of assembled energy-saving and environment-friendly pig house is urgently needed in the northeast of China,which can not only save building energy,but also reduce construction waste.And it also meets the requirements of the development of assembly architecture.Therefore,it has certain significance for the design of the assembled energy-saving and protection pig house.Main work content of the paper:⑴This paper determines the content of research in typical pig farms in Jilin province basing on a broad access to relevant information and makes the investigation and survey of the pig farm built of brick structure,color steel structure and concrete structure,whose building structure and energy consumption of piggery,such as constru ction period,construction form and orientation are arranged.It is analyzed what the sh ortcomings of piggery with different architectural form in building structure are.⑵The architectural design and structural design of the assembled energy-saving and protection pig house are drown according to the standard of industrial and civil building design by combining design idea of saving resources and protecting environment,pigs biology learning nature with studying architectural design criterion.The architectural design includes: it’s plans,elevations and sections.The structural design includes: it’s building structure construction drawing and each connection node design drawing.And it changes the foundation form into a piece wise basis,which is assembled in the construction site.In order to reduce building energy consumption and energy consumption process,the energy-saving composite wall structure diagram and the pig warm bed structure diagram are drown,either.⑶ According to the survey data of typical pig farms in Jilin Province,the compa rison between the cost of brick structure,color steel structure,concrete structure and a ssembly structure pig house,construction period,heat preservation and energy saving and material recovery is carried out by the standard of valuation of Jilin province combining with the assembled piggery architectural drawings.It also analyzes the conventional building structure in the aspects of energy saving,environmental protection,recyclability,labor and so on. |
