With the continuous development of economy and society,from the traditional internal combustion engine car demand brought by the oil resources and increasingly serious environmental pollution has become the biggest obstacle development of automobile industry in the future,saving and environmental protection has become a core of fate the nowadays society concerned.Based on the nowadays society’s energy conservation and emission reduction,this text represents a design of the electric-saving vehicles for competition.On the basics of following relevant competition regulation,with the principle of lightweight under the combine consideration of both model and aesthetics,designing the outline of the car with technology of CAD,we confirmed the driving scheme,the whole vehicles’ layout form as well as the various materials for the car.In addition to which,we also match the energy-saving electric car with correct battery and electrical machinery of suitable parameters.In the design process,ANSYS is also used to analyze the designed car’s finite element and determines the rationalization of the frame and the material of frame making.At the same time,we also used the Adams software to simulating the steering system’s kinematics and matched the steering trapezium’s structural parameters reasonably.At last,we analyzed its reactive performance and cruising ability by using the simulation software ADVISOR and MATLAB,and proved the designed car has met the requirements of competition.
