| In recent years,more and more people’s favor MPV models,but because of the power transmission system is too long,the car’s torsional vibration is relatively obvious.It is an important source of noise and vibration in the car,seriously affect the performance of the vehicle NVH.In this paper,a domestic rear-drive MPV models as the research object,using CAE and test method to control the power transmission system torsional vibration and then improve the vehicle NVH performance as the goal,launched the following work:(1)From the mechanical principles considing FR models in power transmission system in various parts of the structure and the principle of work,we establish 20 degrees of freedom torsional vibration in transmission system centralized mass-stiffness equivalent mechanical model.And using the AMESim software completed the construction work of the model.Through the analysis of the free vibration without damping,the inherent characteristics are mastered,and the response characteristics are determined by the analysis of the forced vibration.(2)By performing powertrain torsional vibration test and vehicle NVH performance test to verify the correctness of simulation model and determine the relevance of driveline torsional vibration and vehicle NVH performance.(3)Relying drivetrain equivalent model,sensitivity analysis and orthogonal experiment method of combining to determine the parameters of the various components of the system natural frequency sensitivity.Then combined with engineering practice,this paper put forward the practical engineering rectification program.(4)A reasonable match for the torsional vibration damper is an effective measure to control torsional vibration,experimental models for paper DMF、TVD accordingly matching design study,and for the characteristics of the proposed TVD.TVD will be modified to better durability,cheaper inertia disk.Each torsional program verified by experiments,experiments show that the programs have achieved good torsional effect,vehicle NVH performance has improved significantly.In summary,this paper rear-drive MPV powertrain torsional vibration were studied using AMESim software to complete its modeling,simulation,sensitivity analysis,tor-sional damper parameter matching,etc.,put forward a new torsional program-Inertia plate,and ultimately through trials to test the effectiveness of various programs on the torsion torsional vibration control to enhance vehicle NVH performance.The work not only for the above models torsional vibration analysis can also provide reference for other MPV models torsional vibration control. |
