In recent years,with the rapid development of modern industry,more and more enterprise put forward higher requirements for product identification technology.At present,most of domestic inkjet printers controlled by single chip microcomputer,which have many disadvantages of complicated structure,low efficiency and so on,cannot meet the requirments of modern production assembly line work.Although the inkjet printers overseas are of high precision and good spraying effect,the price is expensive,which many small and medium-sized enterprises cannot afford.Therefore,it is necessary to design a high stability and low cost inkjet printer control system,which has the independent intellectual property rights.Given the multi-tasking ? multi-threading and functional diversity characteristics of the embedded technology,this paper designs a kind of new inkjet printer control system that uses ARM9 processor and WINCE Operating system as the core of it.The whole scheme of the inkjet printer control system contains the hardware design and software design.According to the study of the inkjet printer system at home and abroad and combined with project,s requirments to realize the hardware design of the printer system,the hardware part of the inkjet printer control system is divided into five part:micro-controller minimum system part?XJ128 nozzle switching circuit section?LCD?USB?DM9000A card and other input/output interface section?power supply circuit part of the system and the detection circuit part of the system.The 32-bit processor S3C2440 A as the host controller of the system,the processor as the core of the inkjet printer control system,which is responsible for data communication with other hardware function module.The functions of voltage level conversions and information interaction can,t be realized if there is no nozzle switching circuit between the XJ128 nozzle and the processor.The input and output interface circuit is used to realize the function of human-machine interaction and communicate with external devices,which includes the LCD module?USB module?network card module and so on.Power supply circuit section is responsible for providing energy security for the whole system.Conveyor speed and position of the object to be printing are detected by the detection circuit part.The modular hardware design scheme improves the system,s ability to resist electromagnetic interference and stability.The development of device driver includes design of XJ128 print-head driver and the integrated design of DM9000 A driver.Among them,the XJ128 print-head driver,which uses the form of stream interface driver,is mainly completed through use of SPI?PWMTimer?interrupt functions of S3C2440 A and combined with the logic of XJ128 nozzle.The integrated design of DM9000 A driver includes the initialization of the network card?data frame transmission,reception and the transplantation of DM9000 A driver.The software design of the system not only improves the efficiency of nozzle,the sharpness of the printing image,but also realizes the network function of the printer.Finally,through hardware debugging and driving test,the experimental results prove that the inkjet printer control system runs stable and reliable,the image printed is very clear,meet the requirement of the manufacturer.
