| Trimming as an effective problem solving method in TRIZ,which simplify the system and optimize product by removing problem components and reorganizing useful functions in system.This paper conducts the research of the correlation between technology evolution and trimming,and finds that there is similarity between the convolution process of technical system evolution & functional evolution because that the system resource consumption continues to decline during the process,and both show the characteristics of trimming,and it is characterized by the "reduction" operation of components and functions,which reflects the trimming characteristics,and separately extracts two kinds of paths driven by technology evolution from the convolution process of technical system evolution & functional evolution: the trimming of system components and the trimming of functions.Then study these two kinds of trimming paths,separately construct the model of innovative design process for the trimming path of system components and the model of innovative design process for the trimming path of functions,and the main contents of this paper as fllows:1.By depth analyzing and studying of the relationship between the technology evolution and trimming,to explore the similarities between the convolution process of technical system evolution & functional evolution and trimming.On the basis of these,we separately extract two kinds of paths driven by technology evolution from the convolution process of technical system evolution & functional evolution: the trimming of system components and the trimming of functions.2.Put forward the strategy of function reorganization assisted by evolution trends and make a detailed study on the selection and solution of evolution trends.Divide the absence function into the behavior function and the objective function,and put forward four similarity rules.After trimming,firstly,use the similarity of “behavior function” and “objective function” to search for available resources,then use evolution trends to inspire and guide designers to derive the resource,and form a kind of trimming method driven by knowledge.On this basis,the model of innovative design process for the trimming path of system components is constructed.3.Put forward constructing process of function relationship model and point out the general process of function trimming,after trimming based on the function relationship model,firstly,utlize evolution trends to assist the process of function reorganization,then use function oriented search and effects search to search resources,at last,the model of innovative design process for the trimming path of functions is constructed.4.The model of innovative design process for the trimming path of system components is applied to the tape supply system and control system of the rmoring machine to improve the design of them,and the model of innovative design process for the trimming path of functions is applied to the garlic peeling machine to improve the design of it.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method is verified by the engineering examples. |
