The Research Of Public Facilities Design In The Historical And Cultural City Blocks On Harmonious Concept

In our country,there’s lots of historical and cultural blocks.In recent years,these blocks had difficulties to take account of the rapid economic development and protecting the culture.So it shows tow disharmony things.For one thing,they make the public facilities unified to ensure the residents’ lives convenient,which lead to a disharmony appearance;The other thing is that to protect the old blocks,they didn’t reconstruct the facilities,which lead to a disharmony function.This subject is about the research of public facilities in the historical and cultural blocks on harmonious concept.We can’t destroy the historical scene to provide modern service for residents nor to protect the culture to make their lives inconvenient.In this research,I started with the relativity of harmony method and the design of public facilities in the blocks.I divided public facilities into two parts,one is visual form,the other is using form,and make them relate to the content of harmony method.The influence factors of visual form is related to elements of harmony of products and cultural environment.The research content includes the color of the city,the artistic style of the block,the historical background and the cultural content of this block.The influence factors of using form relate to elements of harmony of product and target people and objective environment.The research content includes the type of target people,the life and behavior of them,their psychological needs,the objective environment and the actual conditions.The research of the elements is the foundation of the design research.About the visual form,the design research of the harmony of public facilities and cultural environment has four parts which include choosing the style,selecting the culture element,processing and using and make it a theme design.About the using form,I brought up some new design method like facilities in small area,change the public and personal area etc.These two parts constitute the theory parts of the research of public facilities design in the historical and cultural block on harmonious concept.I chose Beijing Hutong to practice the theory which includes analyzing the element of harmony of visual and using form.It proves the rationality of the research result and complete the process of research of the public facilities design in the historical and cultural blocks based on the concept of harmony.
