Researching About Quality Management Improvement Of Auto Parts In Company FW

Driven by the acceleration of economic globalization,Chinese automobile industry has been developing rapidly in recent years.The automobile industry is one of the pillar industries that drive the economic development in our country.As the upstream industry of the whole automobile industry,the automobile parts industry grows faster and faster than the whole automobile industry.As the foundation and important part of automobile industry,China's automobile parts industry plays an important role in the national economy,and its advantages and disadvantages are directly related to the development level of the national automobile industry.With the development of automobile industry,especially the explosive growth of China's automobile industry in recent 10 years,more and more automobile parts enterprises.However,the management level of enterprises is uneven,quality management is huge differences,the number of automotive recalls per year is also on the rise,the quality of automotive parts to end-users caused huge security risks.Therefore,how to build an effective management system and have effective quality improvement methods is particularly important,product quality in the core competitiveness of enterprises is becoming more and more important,quality management capability is a solid foundation for the long-term development of enterprises.For the automobile manufacturing industry,quality management is an eternal topic,quality is the lifeline of opening up the market,quality management improvement is the guarantee of enterprise growth,development and growth.Based on the development background of China's automobile parts industry,this paper introduces the development status and existing problems of the industry,especially the problems in quality management.This paper discusses the purpose and significance of quality improvement,expounds the relevant theoretical basis of quality management and quality improvement,and answers how to improve the quality management level and product quality.Based on the analysis of different problems encountered in different stages of FW company's development,this paper analyzes the contents of several quality management modules: system construction,supply chain management,process physical quality,after-sales service,and talents,using seven quality management methods,PDCA continuous improvement,8D problem solving method and self-engineering completion as the guiding ideology.The quality improvement methods of FW company are studied,and the measures adopted in the aspects of quality system establishment and improvement,product quality improvement,personnel training and so on are analyzed to effectively improve the quality management level.
