| With the transfer from the western developed countries to the developing countries,the Chinese auto industry is in a stage of vigorous development.In this paper,the TY company is a production of engine parts production enterprises,the main products are widely used in domestic large engine manufacturers.In recent years,with the market to improve the quality of products,problem of product defective rate and the production process management has become the important factors which restrict the development of the company.Based on the TY company as the research object,based on modern quality management theory,using the cause and effect diagram,the system diagram,Plato quality tools to analyze the quality problems in the process of production,determine the goal of quality improvement,put forward the corresponding improvement plan of TY company’s product quality defects,Improve the quality management in the process by improving the layout of production,optimizing production rhythm,promoting the standardized operations,etc.The analysis and evaluation of the effects of the production process quality improvement proved the effectiveness of the quality improvement measures.The company finally achieved the goal of improving product quality,optimizing the production process management,reducing costs,improving production efficiency.Quality improvement activities is not only the main way to promote the quality of products,strengthen production process control ability and reduce the production cost of the car industry,will also promoting the management level and sustainable development of the car industry. |
