Due to the evolution of technologies for vehicle production and big data,the number of the increasing car test data and the increased difficulty of the new project development of power performance and the economy performance,there has been increasing attention to research on an intelligent test data management system that supports the development of power performance and the economy performance.There are still some differences and gaps in the study of power performance and the economy performance compared with foreign countries and these differences can show the storage,management,and analysis of test data,due to the insufficiency of test conditions and the ever-changing development process.Although each company has relevant test indicators and parameters to estimate and evaluate the vehicle performance,it is necessary to introduce the construction method of the vehicle's power performance and economic performance development data to meeting various driving conditions and user needs and the sake of a standardized development of the enterprise,which can improve the relevant technical level and accumulate precious data.Through the constructed data,the assessment of the vehicle performance can be intuitively presented in the form of data and graphs to the engineers.At the same time,the system can provide corresponding reference for the standardized management and development process of the vehicle's power performance and economic performance.This database system is based on Oracle 11 g as a database platform and Visio Studio 2010 as a software development platform to manage vehicle parameters,analyze components and test data,and store the vehicle's performance table and test data.Through the requirements of a variety of visual navigation software interface,the engineers can easily find the data that they need through local search and global search,as well as can save the appointment file which identified and use report technology and chart technology to manage the data information and project information.Finally,this management system is required to provide interface with other database,such as CAFE database,to facilitate the storage of data of other platforms file.The main contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)The vehicle's power performance and economic performance database system was designed and used to manage the vehicle data.Focusing on project management,the vehicle's performance was gradually decomposed into each stage,and each function module was formed into the system.With stage management and performance analysis as the guide,the engineer analyzed the data while developing the performance of the vehicle to form corresponding data analysis indicators.(2)Based on Oracle Rapid Storage Technology,index results after analyzing performance and documents generated in each stage of project management,a database was established,and associated data tables for showing project,project phase,file,data and base information were implemented.Based on the index in the database,the method of quick search was designed.(3)Based on the Visio Studio 2010 and project management,designing various application modules of the vehicle's dynamic performance and economic performance database system,effectively managing the vehicle's performance data,making the project management more intelligent.The rational layout of the interface has met the requirements of practical application.(4)Based on these database,a rational planning and design of the system is carried out using the three-tier framework principle.The CFAC value data analysis module is designed,and the vehicle performance evaluation is realized using the analytic hierarchy process method.
