| Under the background of traditional industry facing its bottleneck and,industrial transformation bearing the increasing pressure,the cultural creative industry emerged as the times demand,which turned out to be the key development new industry and,was cultivated vigorously by the cities in domestic and overseas.A large amount of cultural and creative industry parks were built in Nanjing since 2004.In the course of that,the booming ‘park-building’ is confronting difficult situations through lack of cognition on the industry and low management level.This paper makes an overall assessment for the present development status of the cultural and creative industry parks in Nanjing,and besides,formulates an improvement approach that can be a beneficial future reference for the cultural and creative industry parks construction and development in Nanjing.The analysis starts with a review of related concepts and theories of cultural and creative industry parks,then researches into the practical cases of high quality at home and abroad.Base on the theories and cases analysis result,the prognostic factors of the development status of cultural and creative industry parks are organized,which includes 3 first-grade factors,9second-grade factors and 26 third-grade factors,to construct a status evaluation system for the cultural and creative industry parks in Nanjing.Meanwhile,three typical cases in Nanjing are selected and followed up with a through field survey,which aims to evaluate the development status in all regards of the evaluation system.Thus it can be seen that the three main problems of the cultural and creative industry parks in Nanjing are the inflexible and closed space,Improper industrial operation and,the defect of heritage value conservation.In the end,it makes a close analysis to the causes of those problems,then carries out an improvement approach study,which results in a series of improvement suggestions that advocates perfecting four respects: political system,industrial service support,operation system and,industrial heritages conservation. |
