Research On The Creative Milieu Of Cultural And Creative Industrial Park

With the development of economic globalization and the transformation of industrial structure,the cultural and creative industry is booming while an increasing number of old industrial parks have been transformed and utilized in the development of the cultural and creative industry,However,at the same time,the blind imitation of the successful model,the excessive pursuit of short-term economic benefits,the lack of sustainable operation and other practices make the development of cultural and creative industry in the park lack of momentum.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,field investigation,comparison and induction and comprehensive analysis,bases on the creative milieu theory and combines with related cases to study how to utilize old resources to create the park environment which can truly promote creative promotion and the development of the cultural and creative industry,and expects to provide certain reference for the construction and operation of the cultural and creative industrial parks transformed from old industrial parks.This paper firstly retrospects the characteristics of the cultural and creative industry and the change of function and demand in the park transformation process,and then relies on the concept of creative milieu and related theories to demonstrate the positive influence of creative milieu on creative production and park development and establish the case analysis framework based on material places and community relationship,takes the cultural and creative parks located at Xihai No.48,Fangjia Hutongs No.46 and 77 as research objects to conduct in-depth analysis on the creative milieu,uses comparison and induction method to summarize their deficiencies in the creation of creative milieu,aims at their deficiencies to propose corresponding improvement measures.and stress that the principles of adaptability and sustainability are advisable for parks to create creative milieu.
