With the development of Chinese urbanization and expansion of urban scale,urban rail transit(URT)has been developing rapidly to meet the huge travel demand of urban residents.However,complexity and uncertainty of URT system are increasing rapidly with scale expanding.At present,many problems of urban public transport system have been exposed,such as the connection between ground bus transit(GBT)and URT is not perfect.Therefore,based on the urban rail failure scene,it is very important to establish the integrated strategies and methods for the local GBT stops around URT stations,which is of great significance for ensuring the smooth operation of URT and improving the quality of public transit.Based on the topological characteristics of public transport network,a compound network with corresponding expression of network matrix including URT and GBT is built.Meanwhile,in order to identify the network performance,a network performance evaluation index is proposed based on network resilience,network betweenness and travel delay.According to the flexible characteristics of GBT,GBT interface design strategies are formed to improve elastic of the compound network and a two stage decision stochastic integer programming model is established.In particular,a visualization is designed to improve information collaboration in public transit by Web.Basic information,passenger flow characteristics and fault status about compound network in fault situation are showed through the baidu maps API and E-charts plug-ins.Finally,the urban area covered by the Nanjing rail transit network is selected as the research area.combined with the network structure and historical operation data of regional compound public transport,three typical failure operation scenarios for URT are extracted.The adjustment of the bus station is adjusted by the resilience lifting model.The results show that the proposed scheme can effectively enhance the resilience of the complex public transport network,and it can be applied to passenger flow and different transport capacity allowance at different time periods.
