Sponge City Design Of Lushun Kou District Dalian

With the increasingly prominent water ecological crisis in China,the concept of sponge city arises at the historic moment as an effective way to solve the harmonious coordination between urbanization and resources and environment.As a new model advocated in the development and construction of China’s cities and towns in recent years,the concept of the construction of the sponge city has broken the traditional and destructive mode of urban development.Using the low impact development model,it takes the rain and flood as a resource to control the pollution of the surface source and ensure the water quality as the core,and adopts the comprehensive adoption of "seepage,stagnation,storage,net and use".And other measures to minimize the impact of urban development and construction on the ecological environment.From the perspective of urban and rural planning,this paper takes the planning and construction of the sponge city in Lushun mouth area as the research object,and integrates the concept of "low impact development and construction" into the urban planning,and studies the planning strategy of sponge city around the improvement and guarantee of water safety,water environment,water resources and water ecology.The theoretical practice and exploration of the city planning of strong sponge.This paper expounds the concept content and theory development of the sponge city and combines the domestic practice cases to analyze the background and current data of sponge city planning in Lushun.The planning scope,principles and general ideas are determined and put forward on the basis of the comprehensive evaluation and the present situation of Lushun mouth area.For the overall plan of the sponge city,the spatial pattern of the sponge city is delimited by the construction of the SWMM model and adopt the superposition analysis of the elements using the GIS software.The control target of the construction of the sponge city is formulated and the guidelines for the construction of the planning target are put forward.Consider the connection of the spongy city planning and other planning and according to the land use category.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the planning and construction of the sponge city,investigate the main results of the planning of the sponge city in Lushun mouth area and provide reference for other related spongy city planning.
