Research On Design Points Of Just O2O Takeout Chinese Restaurant

With the continuous progress of society,people have higher requirements for the speed of life,and in order to reduce their own time costs and human costs,people have put forward a new economic development situation.As a result,the Internet economy has been developed further.It is a kind of lazy man’s economic development mode which integrates the innovation of technology and the innovation of business model.With the process of urbanization speeding up,people’s life tempo is faster and faster,the whole life is busy green,if have the time,want as much entertainment as possible,more and more people’s preference for food is also more obvious.Especially in today’s busy society In China,more and more people choose to order meals to solve their own problems.The O2 O delivery platform born to meet the market demand can meet the needs of consumers,but also conforms to the trend of national and social economic development.In the "Internet" era,the O2 O take-out market is increasingly popular with many consumers,and its development prospects are relatively broad.According to the survey,under the background of the rapid development of the O2 O take-out market,the design of the takeout store does not match the needs of its development.It is not the O2 O take-out business in the traditional restaurant or the innovative O2 O takeout restaurant.There are some problems in store design,such as the lack of understanding of the design objectives and conditions,some common functions,layout and the detailed design of the function area in the takeout business.The main purpose of this paper is to provide the design and management service principle guidance for O2 O takeout store design.From the standpoint of O2 O takeout development,through the application of new technologies such as automation,intelligence and Internet of things,and the characteristics of O2 O takeout business,This paper summarizes the core of Chinese food store design of pure O2 O takeout,which makes it possible for O2 O takeout to have a higher cost input ratio and establish a perfect O2 O takeout restaurant.
