High-quality locomotive is the precondition and foundation of improving transportation efficiency and ensuring driving operation.The higher speed of railway operation,the more stringent the quality of the locomotive.Meanwhile,locomotive shoulders the important responsibility of the State’s key asset management department to reduce the cost and increase the efficiency.The overhaul cost of machine equipment accounted for 60% of the capital cost of overhaul of the head office.It is the basic for the high quality development of railway transportation to innovate the system mechanism,deepen the reform of repair process,and upgrade the technology and quality of maintenance,repair and overhaul(MRO).At present,China’s harmonious locomotive overhaul lack of the experience and maintenance data support,"data repair vehicle,measure repair vehicle" maintenance mode is still in the exploratory stage.Each locomotive in the use of life-cycle needs to cross a variety of levels of maintenance,long cycle,maintenance task management difficulties,and also lacks of the maintenance quality data standard,the component batch chaos is not clear,which causes the quality problem unable to pinpoint the problem reason accurately,and it is also hard to distinguish responsibility and improve the quality.Therefore,based on the quality data and retrospective management of locomotive MRO process,This thesis has studied the product data modeling methods oriented to locomotive maintenance process to provide its technical supports of quality data information traceability.This thesis takes Tianjin Electric Locomotive Co.,Ltd.as an example,the quality data management of locomotive overhaul are as follows:(1)The maintenance BOM frame model for locomotive overhaul process is constructed.Facing the different level of maintenance and overhaul depth of locomotive,this thesis constructs a data management model for locomotive maintenance,and on the basis of three kinds of maintenance BOM for different service needs,it manages four management dimensions according to management granularity,location management,acceptable management and supplier sub-parts.This thesis designs a compound maintenance BOM structure with general maintenance BOM and instance maintenance BOM,and on this basis,constructs a maintenance BOM for a single maintenance task,which provides the data organization and management method for locomotive maintenance enterprises.(2)Using xBOM mapping technology,an overhaul BOM construction method based on pre-product data(design and manufacturing data)is proposed.Firstly,based on the design BOM,the locomotive maintenance BOM tree modeling,the maintenance BOM process model and the corresponding basic mapping algorithm are constructed.Then,by constructing the tree structure mapping rules between each BOM and the association mapping elements between the structure and the characteristics,the pair is realized.A complete description of the relationship between structure mapping and property mapping.And using the BFS-based maintenance BOM construction method,the xBOM mapping of the locomotive-oriented maintenance stage and the instantiation of the maintenance BOM are realized.(3)An information reverse tracing method for locomotive maintenance is proposed.Based on the characteristics of locomotive products and the pre-locomotive business data,the thesis constructs a retrospective management information model,puts forward a neutral BOM management method for information traceability,and establishes a modular product structure neutral BOM ontology model,which integrates the maintenance history data of the existing model multi-vehicle by forming the Star Information Association Structure.Effectively solve the forward propagation and reverse tracing of data changes across stages,and realize the closed-loop feedback management of maintenance information in locomotive life cycle to the prior information(design,manufacturing,etc.),providing data support for locomotive quality improvement,Design optimization,product innovation,etc.
