In recent years,with the proposed construction of Chinese manufacturing power,chasing after the German level and industrial 4.0 has become the inevitable trend of development of the domestic manufacturing industry in China.For the enterprise entered the plastic machinery industry initially,the market trend changed constantly,customer needs are becoming diversified to plastic machinery and equipment,the development of new products whether or not to have the ability to compete that will become one of the decision factors for the development of enterprises.To the all electric injection molding machine products that is just coming in the domestic market,its seriation,complete confguration,low cost and high quality are the focus of market attention.As G company which has the development strenght in domestic,how to balance the enterprise resource,arrange the product development schdule reasonably,achieve project results,they will be the goal of the company.Schedule management is one of the concerned key point in new product development,slow rate of progress and unreasonable schedule management are problems and appear frequently during the schedule management,how to carry out and control schedule management effectively to product development will be the purpose of this thesis.This thesis was based on product development and schedule management related theory.It introduced schedule management and critical chain technology related theory and their research status.Let the G company's actual new product development project as an example,introduced the project scope and characteristics,using project work breakdown structue and organizational breakdown structure,worked out project network diagram and to determine the relationship of process,get the key path under the traditional management methods.Through this process,analyzed the current situation and problems of all electric injection molding machine's product development schedule management,then compared with the traditional schedule management mode and proposed application critical chain technology method.To rate of process fall behind,use resources unreasonable and other problems in this project of G company,carry out quantitative analysis and improvement,and then use the buffer protection mechanism of critical chain technology,to protect project critical chain path and project schedule and put into effect availably.This thesis passes through actual example application and shows that critical chain technology has a certain improvement function to project schedule plan and control during the product schedule management,the project schedule has been controlled effectively,preliminarily to sovle the problems existing in the process of project development progress.Set up project development chain path buffer that has a higher actual application value and feasibility to carry out project effectively.Thesis result has a certain guidance significance and reference value to improve product development schedule management level of G company.
