At present,the elevator industry is facing fierce competition in the market.Major enterprises have adopted the introduction of project management methods to regulate the development of new product management,in order to shorten the development cycle,as soon as possible to introduce new products to enhance market competitiveness.Elevator,as a kind of complex electromechanical product,has a large amount of development and testing.Schedule management method of traditional planned network diagram and critical path method,because it only considers the logical relationship between each activities,without considering the resource constraint problem,human behavior factors and uncertain factors on the progress of the project,will often lead to new product development projects delay problem.This paper is based on the theory of constraints and critical chain technology,based on H enterprise X control system development project management background,analysis of the H enterprise project management problems,a detailed description of the use of traditional planning network diagram and critical path method out of the X control system project development plan,and analysis the existing problems.According to the characteristics of the X control system project activities,eliminate the safety time to shorten the project period.According to the actual allocation of resources,the resource allocation method is used to reorder the activities and find out the critical chain.In order to make the critical chain planning effective implementation and monitoring,use the root square error method with considering activities attribute to calculate project buffer,project buffer according to the proposed classification and monitoring milepost stage of the project strategy,and the corresponding management measures to ensure the implementation of the plan.This paper explores the management of the elevator elements of the progress of product development by using the critical chain technology,solve the common wells such as resource conflict,hoping to bring a useful reference for the elevator company.
