Refrigerated semi-trailer is the main transportation equipment of cold-chain logistics.It not only ensures the fresh and nutrition of food,but also the reliable road transportation for products,such as chemical goods,drug and precision equipment.Under the trend of globally energy saving and emission reduction,the research on tare weight reducing of refrigerated semi-trailer has the practical significance for improving the quality of environment and meeting the demands of life.At present,the research on the tare weight reducing of refrigerated semi-trailer mainly focuses on two aspects of structural optimization and the application of new materials.Because of sandwich structure "sheet + foam + sheet" application in the refrigerated semi-trailer wall,there is only small optimization space for refrigerated semi-trailer on wall.In order to greatly reduce the weight of the refrigerated semi-trailer,the carbon fiber composite material is used for the design of crossmember for refrigerated semi-trailer.First of all,study the mechanical properties of steel crossmember according to the analysis of the refrigeration semi-trailer monocoque structure and crossmember working condition.Determine the overall design idea of carbon fiber crossmember based on the equivalent strength substitution method.Carbon fiber composite crossmember structure is designed according to the design input conditions.Its strength is analyzed according to the strength of laminated plate theory and the actual working condition of the floor crossmember.Finally the carbon fiber crossmember strength is verified to conform to the actual requirement through the test of bending resistance strength,compression strength,bending resistance fatigue.The connection method between the carbon fiber crossmember and accessories parts is determined by the existing refrigerated semi-trailer structure characteristics,processing technology and characteristics of carbon fiber composite material.The adhesive process and the reliability of the connection structure are confirmed by the tests of adhesive and nailing force.The test bench of refrigerated semi-trailer floor rating is set up according to the TTMA standard,RP-01 and RP-37.And the strength and reliability of the carbon fiber crossmember are verified by the floor rating test.According to the floor rating test,we know that the carbon fiber crossmember can satisfy the actual strength requirement.
