With the continuous development of automation technology,automatic production line is applied more and more widely in the automobile manufacturing industry,which not only guarantees product quality but also reduces labor cost.At present,the centrifugal cylinder sleeve production of automobile engine is mainly operated by manual operation.The blank of cylinder liner is put next to the processing machine,which is expected manually,and then taken out manually after finishing the processing.However,with the continuous improvement of output,manual feeding and unloading has become difficult to correspond,so it is necessary to replace manual operation with automatic production line.At present,automatic production line,from blank cutting to logistics transportation to machine tool processing,is rarely used in automobile industry.Therefore,the design and manufacture of centrifugal cylinder sleeve automatic production line is studied in detail in this paper.The automatic production line of centrifugal cylinder liner includes three units: first,the cutting machine unit.After the blank of cylinder liner needs to be cut off by the cutting machine,the cylinder liner should be straightened by the feeding mechanism and sent to the robot for platemaking.Then is the delivery unit,the blank after the plate to be automatically transported to the processing unit through the delivery unit;Finally,the truss processing machine unit.After the full tray is transported here,it is necessary to detect whether the workpiece on the tray is abnormal or not.In these units,there are many small units,such as cutting machine feeding mechanism,external conveyor line,blank loading platform,AGV trolley,truss feeding mechanism,machine hand claws and so on.It is necessary to analyze the plane layout and design the plan according to the process requirements of each unit,then refine it to each small unit,and then design and program the electrical system according to the plan.The difficulties in the design are as follows: high requirement of beats,analysis and comparison of beats of each unit,and reasonable design of mechanical structure and technological scheme to meet the requirements of beats;Highly intelligent and flexible,the robot can automatically switch the action order and reduce the failure time when the processor fails.The electrical system is complex and the program work is heavy.It needs to design a reasonable electrical system,design the program methodically and reduce the program vulnerability.,etc.The design method studied in this paper can be applied to other similar automatic production lines.
