Power loss is an important economical technical specification and index to measure the management level of utilities.At present,the reformation of electric power system focuses on improving quality and efficiency of the total system.Strengthening power loss management is the fundamental way to improve the economic efficiency.The power loss includes two components.One is technical power loss which is relatively invariable.The other is managerial power loss which is more volatile.Because power loss is impacted by the complex technical and human factors,it is hard to be reduced.As the smart grid has entered the era of big data,power loss can be presented by various types of electrical energy data.Therefore,the lean management of power loss can be executed by the effective utilization and management of energy data.This thesis takes the calculation and management of the power loss in Shantou power grid as the research object.The intrinsic relationship between power loss and energy data has been studied.The methods of automatic statistics,accurate calculation and exception analysis are presented based on energy data management.The main researches are given as follows:1.The basic structure and function of Shantou electric energy data management platform was introduced firstly.This platform realized the centralized management and comprehensive application of the electric energy data with the advantages in data processing and application.The platform provided an effective tools to support the power loss management.2.The methods to stat and calculate power loss automatically and accurately were presented based on the electric energy data management platform.The archives information sharing,power loss modeling,the objects analyzing,the power consumption extracting were realized with the platform.Comparing with the traditional method,the proposed method is more real-time and accurate.It can realize the multi-time scale calculation of power loss which can provide more timely and comprehensive data to support the power loss management and analysis.3.The method of exception analysis was presented.The theoretical power loss4.was adopted as the criteria.Abnormal power loss was summarized into five categories: abnormal topological relations,abnormal archival data,abnormal data collection,abnormal electricity measurement and abnormal electricity consumption behavior.Based on the electric energy data management platform,multi-frequency,multi-dimension and ring specific energy comparison were applied into exception analysis of power loss.The fast analysis and accurate location of abnormal power loss were realized which was very important to instruct the handling of abnormal managerial power loss.Power loss calculation and exception analysis based on electric energy data management can reflect the level of power loss factually.It is significant for real-time and accurate maintenance of the abnormal power loss,which can reduce the managerial power loss continuously.The proposed method provide a new idea and effective technical tools for power loss management and improve the power loss management.
