With the rapid development of the economy,large demand for residential and industrial electricity,the reliability requirements of Dongguan Chengqu are getting higher and higher.In 2020,the average power outage of customers of Dongguan Chengqu Power Supply Branch is 1 hour.This goal not only requires optimization of the planned power outage time,but also significantly reduces the power outage time.Distribution network automation quickly detects and isolates fault points during fault power outages,helping to reduce the time to power outages.At present,the construction of distribution network automation in Dongguan City is large,with a coverage rate of 65%,and 1060 automation terminals.Due to the shortage of various aspects such as selection and selection of distribution network automation,grid-connected operation,operation and maintenance,etc.,the level of practicality is not high,the function of fault detection and isolation,and the effect on fast re-power is not ideal.The Dongguan Power Supply Bureau quantifies the level of automation and distribution of distribution network into the practical score of distribution network automation,which consists of three core operation data: terminal online rate,fault location accuracy and normal operation rate.In order to improve the level of automation of distribution network automation,this paper analyzes the current situation of the practical level of distribution network in Dongguan,and the operating data of terminal online rate,normal operation rate and fault location accuracy in the first half of 2017,and mining problems according to the influencing factors.Research improvement measures from management and technology.Firstly,LoRa communication and broadband power carrier communication are used to break through the signal blind zone,optimize the operation and maintenance strategy,and improve the terminal online rate.Secondly,optimize the automation equipment grid-connected management and network quality inspection measures to improve the normal operation rate;The troubleshooting mechanism optimizes the planning and selection points and protection strategies of the automation equipment and the configuration of the station,forms a fixed value template library to improve the setting accuracy,and applies the intelligent overhead pointing fault location system in the construction blind area to improve the fault location accuracy,thereby comprehensively improving the level of automation of distribution network automation,the standard provides important technical support for the reliability of power supply and the average power outage time of customers.
