Research And Test Analysis Of Passat Electronic Control Engine Fault Simulation System

For those who travel long distances to buy petrol cars,the most concerned problem is the daily maintenance of the car and the repair of the car's breakdown.However,the new electronic control technology has been used more and more in the engine,which has greatly changed the engine fault diagnosis method.Students have only been in school for two years,but they need to learn profound knowledge of electric control maintenance.Considering the teaching cost of maintenance,I hope to develop an engine fault simulation system that can simplify the principle,make teaching intuitive and easy to operate,and simulate practical faults,and can effectively realize intuitive teaching and satisfy students' easy to operate.Research the basic structure and working principle of the Passat engine electronic control system,according to the maintenance data of the car's 4 S shop maintenance department,sort out the common engine faults,the causes of the faults and the fault diagnosis methods,and provide a theoretical research basis for the simulation of engine electronic control system faults.In order to simulate the common faults in the electronic control system of the engine,the method of opening or closing the switch and increasing the larger resistance is adopted for the faults such as damage,short circuit,open circuit,poor contact,missing signal or signal deviation.The simulation system of the electronic control system of Passat engine is developed,and the simulation circuit and switch control fault simulation method are adopted.The simulation system can realize fault setting only through on-off of switch control circuit,series resistance and ground connection,and can directly test the electrical signals of each sensor,actuator and engine control unit pin on the panel,so as to realize fault analysis,detection and elimination and realize fault detection and diagnosis training.The actual and simulated faults of Passat engine electronic control system are compared and analyzed.The experimental results show that the simulation system developed in this paper is close to the reality and can reliably simulate the actual faults.The electronic control engine fault simulation system not only can simplify the principle,make teaching intuitive and easy to operate,and simulate practical faults,but also can help vocational schools optimize the use of funds and resources and improve teaching efficiency.
