| With the development of automobile electronic control technology,automobile is becoming more and more electronic and intelligent.The electric control engine has been widely used,the electric control system of the engine is more and more complicated,the automobile fault has been diversified and complicated,which has brought great challenges to the automobile maintenance industry.How to master the fault diagnosis method of electric control engine quickly has become an urgent problem for the automobile maintenance industry.Waveform and the combination of the fault tree method in the diagnosis of electronically controlled engine failure is a kind of automobile engine fault diagnosis method is rapid,simple,the method of diagnosis engine failure,accurate diagnosis of high efficiency,is the current and future development direction of automobile fault diagnosis methods.This paper on the passat of commonly used sensors on the 1.8 T gasoline engine electronic control engine,ignition system and fuel system parts and components for the waveform test,obtained the normal waveform and fault waveform when they work,in the case of fault waveform waveform analysis method to extract fault point from fault waveform,analyses the reason of the waveform system malfunction,using the method of fault tree diagnosis will be summarized the process of fault diagnosis,through setting the corresponding fault on bench experiment verified,the effectiveness of the conclusion.Research of the fault diagnosis method not only can make the automotive maintenance personnel in a timely manner to understand the new technology,but also can direct vehicle maintenance and repair personnel to use waveform analysis method for the fault diagnosis of electronically controlled engine.At the same time,the method for the vehicle maintenance enterprise provides a rare waveform analysis data,reduce the time it takes for the fault judgment,the diagnosis method is simple and reliable. |
