| Inland river water transport resources are abundant in China,and inland river water transport development has entered a period of strategic opportunity.Compared with road transport,inland water transport has insufficient competitiveness and its advantages have not been fully realized.The Tail-cargo mode,which developed in the Pearl River Delta in recent years,has provided new ideas for solving this problem.Tail-cargo mode consists of inland shipping companies and the Weihuo companies,whose main business is carrying the excess containers of these companies.The Weihuo company does not face the cargo market,this characteristics realizes the low-cost and low-risk transportation capacity of the inland shipping enterprises on the route.It can improve the inland river water transportation demand response capability,enhance the water transportation competitiveness,expand the water transportation market,and enhance the inland water transportation market.The Tailcargo model optimizes resource allocation and develops well.The tail-cargo model is currently in the early stage of development,and its operating mechanism is not yet mature.Among them,the pricing of the Weihuo company is empirically priced,and the maximum profit cannot be realized.This article will study the freight rate strategy of the tail-cargo company.Firstly,this article analyzes the operation mode of the tail-cargo mode and the profit optimization strategy,and adopts the differential pricing method to divide the domestic Weihuo company’s market into two parts: the contract market and the spot market according to the long-term cooperation and the temporary procurement.Based on the characteristics of strategic cooperation and the return characteristics of the spot market,a two-stage revenue optimization process was established for game pricing in the contract market and dynamic pricing in the spot market.In the game pricing of the contract market,the influence of the decision sequence on the optimal pricing and return is firstly considered.The Stackelberg game model under the different ownership of the Weihuo companies and inland shipping companies,and the pricing model under centralized control are constructed.The optimal freight rates for tailgating companies and the optimal booking amount for inland shipping companies will be learned under three pricing models.A comparative analysis of the impact of the decisionmaking order on the pricing of the tail goods company,the freight rate of the inland shipping enterprises,and the profit of both parties.Obtained that: in the contract market,the Weihuo company should strive to obtain the dominant power for pricing.The dominant price of the Weihuo company should be superior regardless of its own income or the overall revenue of the tail-cargo model.On this basis,considering the price reference effect of the cargo market,expanded the model.Through numerical simulation,the trajectory of the freight rate of the inland shipping enterprises,the pricing of the Weihuo company and the profit of these companies in a certain period of time under different reference effect memory intensities are studied.Obtained that: when the cargo market demand is adjusted according to the profit and loss perception,the freight rate of the Weihuo company must be consistent with the freight rate of the inland shipping enterprise.The greater the degree of memory,the lower the pricing and return of the Weihuo company.The dynamic pricing of the spot market considers the decision-making behavior of inland shipping companies and classifies them into time-sensitive and price-sensitive,and adopts differentiated slot sales strategies to construct a comprehensive model of dynamic pricing and accommodation control of the Weihuo companies.The analysis obtains the income function of the Weihuo company and the optimal pricing structure for the timesensitive customers,and obtains the threshold for the Weihuo company to accept or reject the booking of the freight-sensitive customers based on the number of sold slots,and the threshold has the most impact.Through the example,the influence of the market share of the two types of customers on the optimal pricing and income of the Weihuo company is verified.The research in this article provides theoretical support for the pricing of domestic Weihuo companies,and it has important practical reference significance for the operation decision of the Weihuo company with the goal of maximizing revenue. |
