Research On The Integractive Fusion Between Industrial Design Sector And Manufacturing

Industrial design was like a shot in the arm for innovation economy,in the era of "Internet +",the level of integration between industrial design and manufacturing becomes the core issue of manufacturing competitiveness in an all-round way.Manufacturing industry is the main body of the national economy and the main battlefield of technical innovation.Faced with rapidly changing of global manufacturing industry development pattern and the economic development condition of our county,the state council boosts the implementation of transforming China’s manufacturing,To achieve the transformation of “Madein China” to“created in China”,“China speed” to “China quality”,and “Chinese products”to “Chinese brand”.Industrial design is new productive forces combined withscience and art,which is an important content of innovation driven development strategy,to make important gripper to “smart”.Faced the problem of slow growth of manufacturing industry,industrial design can become the new driving force for the improvement of manufacturing.The interaction between industrial design and manufacturing integration become the core issue of comprehensive manufacturing competitiveness,this paper studies from the perspective of integration of industrial design and manufacturing of relationship and mechanism of the two interact with each other,under the current situation is realistic.Based on the related basic theory of industrial integration,combining thefeature of industrial design,based on the theory of transaction cost theory and other related theories,the integration mechanism and stages of industrial design industry and manufacturing are analyzed from the integration of basic factors,fusion driving force,fusion stage and fusion form.In this paper,a comprehensive evaluation system and measurement model of industrial design industry and manufacturing industry are integrated,and the data of Hangzhou city is taken as an example to demonstrate the current situation and trend of the interaction and integration of industrial design industry and manufacturing industry in Hangzhou in recent years.On the one hand,it is convenient for industrial design enterprises and manufacturing enterprises to take this as a reference and grasp their own development direction.To provide pertinent data support and use for relevant government departments to formulate policies in order to promote long-term good interaction between them.Finally,according to the integration of industrial design industry and manufacturing industry in Hangzhou,the recommendations of the corresponding policy formulation is given.
