Research On The Influencing Factors Of The Competitiveness Of The Equipment Manufacturing Industry In Shanxi Province And The Promotion Strategies

Equipment manufacturing industry is an important embodiment of the country's comprehensive national strength and a strategic industry providing professional technology and equipment for the country's industrial development.In recent years,the development of equipment manufacturing industry has also become an important basis for the economic transformation and upgrading of Shanxi Province.However,due to the deficiencies in production capacity,technological innovation ability and other aspects,there is still a big gap between the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry of Shanxi Province and the provinces of anhui and jiangxi in the same central region.Therefore,shanxi government has issued a series of relevant policies to actively deal with the challenges.In 2009,Shanxi Province issued the "adjustment and revitalization plan of the equipment manufacturing industry of Shanxi Province" to promote the transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in our province.In 2017,the "13th five-year" equipment manufacturing development plan of Shanxi Province "was formulated to guide the stable and rapid development of the industrial scale of our province.In 2018,shanxi provincial equipment manufacturing industry development 2018 action plan was compiled to promote independent innovation,transformation and upgrading of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province.Based on this,this paper plans to take the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province as the research object and the macro data of the statistical yearbook as the data support.Through the empirical study of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province and its influencing factors,the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province is understood.This paper analyzes and studies theinfluence intensity and direction of influencing factors of the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province from different dimensions,and puts forward policy Suggestions to promote the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province on the basis of empirical research.In this paper,SPSS21.0 software was used,and the methods of correlation test,multicollinaire test,KMO and Bartlett sphericity test,principal component analysis and regression analysis were used.This paper makes an empirical analysis on the relevant data of influencing factors of the equipment manufacturing competitiveness in Shanxi Province.The empirical research results show that the production equipment renewal input,technical transformation cost and new production project number in the dimensions of production factors,technology level,market and operation.The five indexes of industrial sales income and industrial sales output have positive influence on the competitiveness of shanxi equipment manufacturing industry.The influence coefficients are 0.074,0.532,0.214,0.667,and 0.119.The four indicators of average labor wage,total current liabilities,total imports and exports and total tax revenue in the dimensions of government support have a negative impact on the competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry in Shanxi Province.The influence coefficients are-0.073,-0.001,-0.084and-0.015.Based on the above research results.This paper puts forward that our province should comprehensively enhance the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry from three aspects: enhancing the production competitiveness,market competitiveness and creating a perfect policy environment for the competitiveness of equipment manufacturing industry.To be specific,the provincial government can promote the improvement of production competitiveness by improving the technical capacity of the equipment manufacturing industry and the quality of relevant personnel;the market competitiveness of the equipment manufacturing industry of our province can be improved from three aspects: reforming the import and export trade mode of the equipment manufacturing industry of our province,promoting the advanced intelligent manufacturing process and actively promoting the servitization of the equipment manufacturing industry;To create a favorable policy environment for the development of equipment manufacturing industry in our province,we should increase financial funds,strengthen the awareness of independent intellectual property rights protection in the equipment manufacturing industry,and guide the green development of the government.
