Study On Conservation Of Historic And Cultural Area

With the increasing emphasis on the protection of historical and cultural heritage in urban and rural areas,the historical and cultural heritage protection of urban and rural construction space has experienced from the cultural relic buildings to the historic landscape,from the ontology to the environment,which the types of protection are constantly enriched and the process of increase connotation is expanding.Historical area,which concentrated local characteristic culture,are of high value on the protection and utilization.More and more attention has been paid to the theoretical research and practice of the protection of historic and cultural heritage in various countries.In China,the protection of historic and cultural heritage in urban and rural areas has absorbed the advanced thoughts and practical experience of foreign countries.Combined with the characteristics of the national conditions,a relatively complete system of laws and regulations has been established,the protection of historical area become an important level and component of historical and cultural heritage protection in our country.But compared with foreign advanced areas,there are still some deficiencies in the relevant laws and regulations of the historic area's protection,such as the lack of clearly and concisely define of historic area,fails to fully reflect the diversity and richness of the historic area.There is no specific provision for the protection requirements of historic area except historic and cultural districts,which leads to disunity and excessive discretion in the historic area protection practice in various places.Some valuable historic areas have not been properly protected or the protection measures lack sufficient guidance.This paper aims at the comprehensive,scientific and systematic protection of historic area,bases ot the contemporary "urban landscape history(HUL)" theory and practice research,tries to clearly define the concept and the connotation of historic area,and focuses on the protection theory of historic area in "not the historic and cultural district",puts forward the concept of " historic and cultural area" to define the general historic area,analyses the protection and utilization strategies of different types of historic areas.Then improves the systems of relevant laws and regulations,and puts forward some constructive suggestions.This thesis takes the protection study of the historic and cultural area of Qingxian river in Wuyishan as an example,make an empirical study of proposed theory and method,hope to be able to provide beneficial reference for the protection and development of similar urban historic areas.
