In this paper,based on a study subject and engineering practice,surrounding of shaanxi province in agriculture and forestry waste biomass pellet fuel preparation production line,in view of the"three wastes"of agriculture and forestry biomass,the key parameters for the preparation of optimization experiment and mechanism research.This paper includes the following contents and results:(1)A series of drying experiments on Apple sawdust(0.59-0.84mm)in Shaanxi were conducted in online drying test system,the simulation in the preparation of dry conditions before getting the densified diomass briquetting fuel(DBBF)was analyzed.The effect of the different temperature on the drying characteristics of apple tree sawdust were studied,using non linear fitting of the thin layer drying mathematical model of the 6 common experimental data,screening the suitable description drying model experiment.The results show that the overall relationship between drying time and drying rate,the temperature increased from 85 to 145?,and the drying time is reduced from 68 min to 22 min,the maximum drying rates by 0.013g/(g·min)increased to 0.031g/(g·min);Page,Modified page and Weibull distribution model can be used for drying the model accurately describe the bulk material preparation process,the effective diffusion coefficient in the range of experiments obtained from1.26219m~2/s to 2.08517×10~-77 m~2/s by Fick model,the activation energy of apple sawdust(0.59-0.84mm)in Shaanxi from the Arrhenius equation is 11.5 kJ/mol.In order to provide reference for the improvement and further design of biomass briquette fuel preparation equipment and production process optimization in Shaanxi.(2)The influence of various factors during molding process on the molding energy consumption of apple tree sawdust in the preparation of pellet fuel in Shaanxi was investigated.The experimental results show that the extrusion process of Apple sawdust can be divided into three parts:loose section,transition section and compression section.The process of particle fuel released from the die hole shows a downward trend.Extrusion energy decreases as the temperature increases(decreases from 36.97J/g to 33.05J/g),and increased with the increase of pressure(increased from 23.27J/g to 33.49J/g),launched the energy consumption increased as the temperature increase(increased from 3.39J/g to 4.28J/g),with the increase of pressure increase(increased from 3.53J/g to 4.42J/g),and the moisture content in the 15%(mass fraction)when the energy consumption and energy consumption to promote the extrusion reached the lowest value(29.47J/g;4.79J/g).(3)the effects of the key parameters on particle performance on the preparation of the key parameters for the preparation of particle fuel in the area of shanxi area.Research molding temperature(70?-150?),molding pressure(80MPa-120 MPa),biomass moisture content(5%-20%)effect on the properties of particles,from two angles of fuel Meyer strength and density were analyzed,and aimed at the apple tree sawdust as representative of agriculture and forestry waste provide reliable theoretical basis for the preparation of biomass pellet fuel.
