At present,the storage battery is broadly applied to many fields of national economy.Electric cars become the inevitable trend of future automotive industry development because of their obvious advantages of environmental protection and energy saving,especially under the situation of resources shortage and terrible environment.And power battery as the energy storage device plays a vital role in popularizing and applying the electric car.Charging system of the power storage battery has many problems,the most serious one of which is low harmonic caused by unbalanced three-phase.This requires establishing passive filter in power storage battery charging system to eliminate the non-characteristic harmonic caused by unbalanced three-phase under on the AC side and DC side,respectively.Therefore,the research of battery management system under the unbalanced three-phase filtering is of great significance.The main circuit in this paper mainly includes the three-phase power supply,power battery load,transformer and rectifier module and AC filter module,DC filter module and measurement module.In power storage battery charging system,armonic characteristics under the condition of unbalanced three-phase are analyzing by using battery equivalent model.Design filters in AC side and DC side,respectively,and design five groups of filtesr on the AC side and two groups of filters on the DC side.According to harmonic characteristic design Filter parameters are designed according to harmonic characteristics.The modeling and simulation analysis of harmonic are completed by using MATLAB software.The system total circuit design principle and simulation model are shown in this paper.Through the comparative analysis of simulation waveform figures,it can be seen that filter has obvious inhibitory effect on every harmonic.It verified the feasibility of 12 pulse rectifier circuit of AC side and DC side when changing the unbalanced three-phase voltage storage battery load.
