The air compressor is an important source of air,and the compressed air it produces is an important source of power for various pneumatic tools and equipment.In light industry and heavy industry,it has an extremely wide range of applications,and it also occupies a significant portion of global energy consumption.However,most of the current domestic air compressors have problems such as low operating efficiency,large power consumption,and weak control intelligence.For example,mining air compressors often run uninterrupted throughout the year.Long periods of no-load or light-load operation will cause problems such as unstable air pressure and power consumption.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the efficiency of air compressors,optimize the control method of air compressors,and save energy.This topic uses PID control technology to propose an ideal control scheme for the air compressor control system,proposes improvement measures for its process flow,and then achieve the purpose of energy conservation;real-time monitoring of the air compressor control system,understanding and mastering the equipment Running status and identifying whether the equipment is working properly are of great significance to the safety of modern industrial production.This paper analyzes the principle of air compressor and improves its process flow.By adding a front-end air treatment process,the air cooler is placed at the front of the system to achieve dehumidification and temperature reduction of the air and avoid inhalation of water droplets to improve system work.surroundings.At the same time,the fuzzy adaptive PID control technology is used to design the fuzzy control rules of the air compressor control system.The frequency conversion speed control is adopted to realize the online self-tuning of fuzzy PID parameters.Through the adjustment of design parameters and operating parameters,the feasibility and practicality of the system are proved.The system realizes the remote monitoring system of the air compressor through the monitoring and management of the upper computer and the on-site control of the lower machine;through the system,the parameters of the air compressor are collected,analyzed and controlled,and the various parameters of the air compressor are performed in real time.The monitoring and adjustment will enable the air compressor to remain in an efficient operating state and achieve energy conservation.
