Compressed air as a power source,was widely used in industrial production and scientific experiments,such as all kinds of pneumatic machinery,pneumatic tools,air jig,automatic detection,automatic control,painting and pneumatic experiment etc.It is the secondary energy of the industrial production.With the development of manufacturing industry,the automatic machine is widely used and the application of compressed air is increasing.However,the compressed air system mainly uses the relay control,which is not intelligent enough,the output pressure is unstable and energy waste is serious.Therefore,how to carry out the technical transformation of the old system,in order to control the pressure of the compressed air within a certain range,save human resource and energy consumption,meeting the requirements of industrial field devices;according to the fault type of the air compressor,how to seek more reliable and more stable monitoring technology and control technology,constantly improving the safety level of the enterprise,which is urgent to be solved for the enterprise.To change this situation,according to the request of the production enterprise,this thesis develops the air compressor unit monitoring and energy management system.Firstly,the thesis analyzes the air compressor used in this system.The composition,working principle and process of the compressed air of the screw type and centrifugal air compressor are analyzed in detail.Comparing the three kinds of common monitoring scheme,eventually develop a PLC as lower computer which is responsible for the acquisition and control of the signal and Industrial Personal Computer as the host computer which is responsible for real-time monitoring,fault diagnosis and alarm.The working process of the monitoring system is analyzed.Secondly,the design of hardware and software of the whole monitoring system is carried out.According to the function of the monitoring system,the thesis introduces the terminal decompression control system,and studies the hardware,the working principle and the realization of the system.The monitoring system of the upper computer is designed.Apply WinCC configuration software to develop the PC monitoring system,mainly including the system the main monitoring interface,system operation interface,alarm interface,parameter setting,real-time reporting;design the network communication configuration scheme which was based on RS485 bus and industrial Ethernet,to complete the communication of PLC and PC connection,realizing remote monitoring and control.Finally,design the energy management system(EMS),based on B/S mode and the language of C#,and illustrate the design principles,design orientation,the scope of design in this thesis.The final overall design goal is to achieve the integration of energy management.EMS acquit the relevant energy data.Data source is the on-site process equipment or on-site control system.Then,the support system of EMS is composed of network and computer and related software.Finally,EMS display to the energy management decision-making layer through data analysis,calculation.The energy management system for the various interfaces is designed,as well as the web remote publishing function in detail.
