Urban Rail Transit is an important part of Urban Public Transport.Urban Rail Transit,whether it is elevated project or underground engineering,belongs to the area with large passenger flow and high population density.The emergency management of unexpected incidents has become a key issue in operation management.And it is of great significance in guaranteeing the safety of residents' life and property,maintaining the safely,punctual and efficient operation of urban rail transit.While the selections of emergency rescue stations are the basses of constructing a rapid and effective rescue system.Therefore,this paper makes an in-depth research on the selection of emergency rescue station.This research firstly concludes the current situation of emergency rescues stations settings at home and proposes an important problem on emergency rescues stations.After giving the development of emergency rescues stations abroad,we establish a mathematical model based on the actual situation with practical example,Based on the idea of sharing resources and saving cost,under the same condition of each emergency rescue station construction cost,this paper researches the selections of emergency locations by setting up anchorage selection model.This research not only points Mandatory points of the emergency stations,but also points out that some stations can not be selected and finally it gives a detailed reference example for the selection of emergency rescue stations under network operation management of Tianjin Urban Transit system.Through the analysis of existing lines of Tianjin Rail Transit and make use of Lingo software to the program of anchorage selection model,this paper puts up with the proposed solution,which has magnificent guiding significance to the actual selections of emergency rescue stations.
