| B automobile manufacturing company is a vehicle manufacturing company with four major automotive technologies,including stamping shop,body shop,painting shop and assembly shop.Compared with the other three shops,the body shop is the possession of the highest degree of automation and the most kinds of equipment,meanwhile the working environment is relatively poor.After the operation of equipment in recent years,it is found that the number of equipment failure is gradually increasing,and the inefficient use of equipment leads that production capacity is not up to the market demand.In this case,according to the problems existing in the equipment management of B company’s body shop,combined with the relevant research theory of TPM management,this article puts forward the design plan and safeguard measures of TPM equipment management activities of B company’s body shop.This article establishes the TPM activity process which is based on TPM related activities,using self-management system built by industrial engineering methods and on-site management,regarding planning preservation system as the main body and responding to Industry 4.0 based on network to establish equipment evaluation system.This dissertation mainly studies from the following aspects:(1)To systematically analyze relevant research literature at home and abroad,conclude the basic idea and the theoretical basis of full production and maintenance,determine the direction implementation of the body shop equipment management system and take a further step of TPM equipment management system.(2)To conduct field research by going into the body shop to understand the management status of the body shop,as well as the existing problems in the body shop and analyze the causes of the problem.To explore the TPM implementation management program of the body shop combined with theoretical research overview.(3)To study the design scheme of TPM management in body shop:under the goal of improving the physical fitness and work environment of the equipment,an organization system of TPM management is established.Under the leadership of TPM management organization,TPM management activities which take TPM-related activities,autonomous maintenance,plan preservation and individually improvement as the core are radicated.(4)To research on safeguard measures for TPM management of body shop:in order to smoothly implement the TPM management designing scheme of the body shop and carry out a series of safeguard measures in the body shop,such as skill training,perfection of equipment management basics,establishment of assessment system and motivation system and so on.The proposed method of this paper can play a certain role in improving the overall equipment efficiency,establishing a good corporate culture and enhancing the vitality of enterprises.Therefore,the original passive maintenance equipment management model of the enterprises gradually changes to the equipment management model which can use effective means to do preventive maintenance.The implementation of the vehicle body and workshop has an invisible driving force for enhancing the sense of overall participation and elevating the concept of total productive maintenance.More specifically,it achieves tangible and intangible benefits obviously. |
