The energy recovery technology plays an important role in the field of excavator.Based on an analysis and summary of previous implementation experiences in hydraulic excavator attachment,a blueprint of boom potential recovery has been proposed in the thesis.In response to the design scheme,a series of simulation models were completed by the aid of Pro/E,ADAMS and AMESim software,including working device and its own hydraulic circuit.In order to study the energy recovery better,matching method of key hydraulic components has been studied and models have been preliminary determined.Compared with real test,the system has been proved to work well,and the system has been put into practice.The main work is as follows.1.The scheme of potential energy recovery system for excavator was proposed.Synthesized the existing research for energy recovery,an new technical method that composed of hydraulic motor,hydraulic pump,accumulator and other elements was designed,according to the above work,a hydraulic system principle diagram was draw up.Compared with ordinary hydraulic excavator energy consumption,the energy saving of the new system was analyzed.2.Excavator working device model was presented in this section.Combined one model of an excavator that a company provided,the working model set was modeled and simulated.Through running to simulation,pressure-cure and other basic performance parameters about the components of working device which required in the follow-up were gotten.3.Selection of key hydraulic components in potential energy recovery system.The working condition was obtained in this part based on the physical requirements for main technical parameters of hydraulic components and the goals of the design plan.With the aid of model simulation,the model and parameters of hydraulic components were preliminarily determined in this chapter.4.The simulation and study of the potential energy recovery system for excavator.The mechanical-hydraulic co-simulation model set was built up by using the AMESim software,most notably,the simulation went on smoothly.According to the design object and simulation results,the energy saving system was evaluated,in addition,the efficiency of the potential energy recovery system was preliminarily obtained.5.Experimental study on the potential energy recovery system.The experimental stage was established in this section,finally,the feasibility of the design scheme and the accuracy of the simulation model were verified well by experiments.
