Research On The Innovation Ability Of Liaoning Equipment Manufacturing Industry Cluster

The industry especially heavy industry in Liaoning is highly affected by the policy,and since the period of the planned economy,Liaoning benefited from the national development,becoming the Liaoning old industrial base policy guidance,and has rich resources foundation,after years of development,the industrial scale development already ranks high in our country,moreover,the advantages of resource exploitation,high and new technology and equipment manufacturing industry is quite obvious.However,facing the changes of the environment both at home and abroad,the development of liaoning equipment manufacturing industry cluster takes on such a trend gradually that the scale is getting larger,but the innovation ability is not strong.So,to find the cause of that the industrial clusters innovation ability is not strong,and to explore the influence factors of the innovation ability,play a very important role in promoting the equipment manufacturing industry of Liaoning province in the innovation ability of industrial clusters,and which also does good to promoting the sustainable and healthy development of the industry in liaoning province.This paper first generalizes the related literature,including research in the industrial cluster and the equipment manufacturing industry of scholars both at home and abroad,,and defines the innovation ability of industrial clusters,constructing a production innovation network,of which enterprises,governments,research institutions and universities participate as the main body.According to the background of domestic and foreign scholar's research,the article summarizes the influencing factors of industrial clusters innovation ability innovatively,and establishes the index system.Then,the second part of the article carries on the descriptive analysis on the development level Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry cluster and innovation ability which included innovation output ability and other influence factors.In the third part,the paper gives an analysis of the innovation output capacity of each industry in the cluster,and next,Respectively from the following three perspectives including the innovation input,innovation resources and environment,production network construction,the paper analyzes the influencing factors of the innovation ability of the equipment manufacturing industry cluster in Liaoning mentioned above.The fourth part is the contrast analysis,it compares Liaoning's overall innovation ability with the ability in other regions which rank in the top ten,including Beijing,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Anhui,Guangdong,Shanghai,Shandong,Sichuan,Shanxi.The fifth part,it carries on an empirical research with the method of the factor analysis,which gives a comprehensive score of each industry in the cluster with them ranked,finding the aspects where Liaoning equipment manufacturing industry cluster innovation ability is weak.The last section of the article puts forward the appropriate suggestions,aiming at the problems of Liaoning innovation ability.
