With the development of the automotive industry and the gradual depletion of energy,the rise of new energy vehicles has become an inevitable trend.Recently,as the main symbol of new energy vehicles,electric vehicles are highly prized in the world.Electric vehicle drive motor as power core,its development and perfection of the control system is the main breakthrough direction of electric car technology.Paper is based on cooperation projects with a company to develop AC induction motor control system for electric cars.The research and development of AC induction motor control system based on the Infineon TC1782 controller is conducted.First of all,the flux open-loop slip type vector control basic development plan is determined through the comparison in scalar control system and AC induction motor vector control system under various control methods;the dynamic mathematical model of AC induction motor is deduced strictly and simplified.Two kinds of basic realization methods of vector control are expounded.The main architecture of Infineon TC1782,DAVE2 and Tasking development environment is introduced briefly;the visual programming design of underlying driver program for SVPWM drive signal,ADC,photoelectric encoder to measure speed is elaborated and the automatic underlying driver code generation is realized.The simulation model of the flux open-loop slip type vector control system is built based on the MATLAB/Simulink development platform;the vector transformation,SVPWM pulse width modulation,traditional weak magnetic,start-up excitation improvement is verified through simulation,as well as the correctness and reliability of the vector control method;model based design(MBD)and automatic code generation is applied to develop the application layer algorithm and strategy;the power circuit of controller based on TC1782,JTAG debug interface circuit,reset circuit,photoelectric encoder signal process circuit,phase current sampling circuit and CAN communication driver circuit is designed,and signal acquisition program is adjusted combined with the design of hardware circuit.The motor mutual drag bench test platform and eddy current dynamometer bench test platform of AC induction motor for electric vehicles is established to conduct current closed-loop experiment,speed closed-loop experiment,start-up and speed regulation with load experiment,anti load interference experiment in speed mode,graded speed limit experiment in torque mode,the speed characteristic experiment and the external characteristic experiment.Experiment results show that:the transient response of current and speed of AC induction motor vector control system for electric vehicles based on TC1782 is rapid in the no-load operation;the system has strong anti load interference ability?high sensitivity in speed model with load operation and rapid torque response in torque mode;the extension speed effect of traditional weak magnetic is obvious,large torque can be output at low speed,continuous operation with high efficiency can be maintained at high speed,the system has good dynamic performance.
