The bagging machine for flood prevention,which sets walking,dig,transport,packing as one of the fully self-propelled special vehicle,is one kind of rescue equipment,specially developed to resist the flood disaster.Its working device is part of the apparatus of direct job,and the performance of the working device has an important influence to the efficiency of the machine.While the efficiency of bagging plays a vital role to the flood,so it is particularly important for the design and research of the working device of flood control bagging machine.In this paper,we take the bagging machine for flood prevention which co-development by Yellow River in Shandong Liangshan Machinery Plant as carrier.We mainly have carried on the simulation analysis and optimization design by ADAMS software for the working device of flood control and bagging machineFirstly,establish three-dimensional solid model of the working device of flood control and bagging machine by Pro/E software,and import the model into ADAMS.Then add the corresponding constraints and drivers to the imported model.So we established the virtual prototype model of the working device of flood control work bagging machine.Secondly,we used the ADAMS simulation function to simulation and analysis of the working device in terms of kinematics.Then we can obtain the working range curve of working device and we also can obtain three important parameters of the working device: maximum digging radius,maximum digging height and maximum digging depth.And we will comparative analysis the three important parameters of the working device with the true value of the manufacturer provided,and then we can determine the accuracy of modeling and simulation.Finally,through ADAMS we parameterized the key structure of bucket linkage,and take the gear ratio of bucket linkage as the optimization function to optimized design,and finally under the optimization function of ADAMS,by changing the key point of bucket linkage structure,we can increase the value of the transmission ratio.And we can comparative analysis before and after optimization of the three important parameters of the working device(maximum digging radius,maximum digging height and maximum digging depth)and increase the average speed of the tooth tip,to verify the effectiveness of the optimization.By the verification we can be drawn the value of the three important parameters of the working device and the speed of the tooth tip by improving the transmission ratio.So that we can be sure that we have improved the flood control and bagging machine mining ability and work efficiency.
