The hydraulic bagging machine for flood prevention,which sets walking,dig,transport,packing as one of the fully hydraulic self-propelled special vehicle,is one kind of rescue equipment,specially developed to resist the flood disaster.Its working mechanism is driven by hydraulic system,so its performance will also directly affect the working condition.This paper based on the hydraulic bagging machine for flood prevention,which as a carrier joint development with Yellow Rive machinery,Liangshan,Shandong province.The operating mechanism hydraulic system of the hydraulic bagging machine for flood prevention has been designed according to real vehicle test and studying energy efficiency of hydraulic system by using the existed energy-saving technology of hydraulic.The belt conveyor load sensing hydraulic system model is built by using AMESim software,and gravitational potential energy recovery hydraulic system co-simulation model of the grilled soil mechanism is built used the ADAMS and the AMESim.Matching method of key hydraulic components has been studied and models have been preliminary determined,and the feasibility of the hydraulic system and the rationality of the work are verified by the simulation work of the model.The main work in this paper is as follows.(1)The main hydraulic components' parameters of the grilled soil mechanism were identified by the force analysis of this mechanism of the hydraulic bagging machine for flood prevention under the extreme conditions.The main hydraulic components' parameters of the steering mechanism were determined by the force analysis of the steering mechanism,and calculated the power of running and the belt conveyor.Finally the principle diagram of the hydraulic bagging machine for flood prevention hydraulic system was proposed by selecting the basic parameters of the hydraulic pump.(2)Based on the analysis of the belt conveyor working conditions,according to the shock pressure phenomenon of the hydraulic motor and the energy loss of the hydraulic circuit,solved the above problems by adding buffer valve and application of load sensing technique in hydraulic system.With the aid of the hydraulic software AMEsim,the model of the load sensing hydraulic system of the belt conveyor was built,and the parameters of the model were set up and the simulation were carried out.(3)In ADAMS,the dynamic model of the grilled soil mechanism was set up,the driving and loading were added based on the actual working condition and load condition,and the gravity potential energy of the grilled soil mechanism was calculated.Established the principle diagram of the gravity potential energy recovery hydraulic system,established the mathematical model to select the accumulator,the hydraulic pump and the hydraulic motor.With the aid of AMEsim and ADAMS,the gravity potential energy recovery hydraulic system model was built,the recovery rate of gravity potential energy was 14%,which verified the feasibility of the gravity potential energy recovery system.
