| The working device of the hydraulic and flood control bagging machine in this article is similar to hydraulic excavator, but the working model is different. As the main component determine performance and efficiency,it is necessary to stress analysis.Through the surveying and mapping in the entity,we get the three-dimensional model. The finite element analysis and strain testare conducted. This will provide the basis for improving its performance.First of all,the article introduce the present situation of the related machine, compare the advantages and disadvantages about these machine. Then surveying and mapping the working device. The 3D solid model of the bagging machine working device is established by UG NX.The article discuss the finite element(FE)modeling method of working device.A finite element model of working device is established. Some revises also be down.Through, meshing, applying load. The static strength of the working device is analyzed under two working conditions in ANSYS Workbench. Also the modal analysis of the boom and arm,The strain of the working device under two working conditions is obtained by strain text.1、Through the static strength analysis we catch the stress distribution of two conditions. The maximum stress and big stress regions are obtained. We improve the model and analyze again basis on the analysis. The stress distribution about arm of condition 1 has been greatly improved. The whole stress distribution is more reasonable and safer.Condition 2 has the smaller maximum stress after improvement. And small change in stress distribution.2、Through the modal analysis of boom and arm.We know the first six order frequency and mode of vibrations of them. The frequency are very different with the working frequency of the hydraulic and flood control bagging machine. So the resonance does not occur when the machine is working.3、Through the test of the working device under two conditions. The strain of the working device is measured. The stress is known according to the strain. Then comparing with the result of finite element analysis. We find both of them are similar. The accuracy of the results in this paper is higher through the both confirm each other. |
