With the rapid development of China aerospace and national defense,there is an increasing demand of high performance power supply.The cathode zinc silver piece has the advantages of high power,high specific energy aod so on,therefore the automated production of the cathode piece is getting high attention of enterprises at home and abroad and the vast majority of engineering and technical personnel.Traditional cathode piece is made by manual approach,and mercury and other harmful substances are added to its raw material,which seriously damages workers' health.So it is very necessary to solve this contradiction by using automated production line instead of manual way.The main work of this paper included:(1)Introduced the Zinc-silver cathode piece automated production line which designed by donghua university and its key process.The in-depth research and analysis of the key technology and the existing problems.According to the technical requirements of the automatic production system of cathode zinc silver piece,we puts forward the main content and emphasis of process optimization;(2)The research analyzed the characteristics of non-newtonian fluid of zinc cream,providing theoretical basis fot the preparation of paste and the optimization of extract devices.Also made precise testing analysis and optimized improvement for key components piston and cylinder of automatically extract device,in order to make it have better extract effect;(3)Research and improvement of automatic packaging system of the cathode zinc silver piece.found out the factors of affecting packaging through these analysis,to optimize and solve the process parameters of affecting the packaging.completed the re-design of the first station of packaging,the selection of packaging materials and the improvement of the packaging press structure,achieved the optimization of the packaging system;(4)The optimization of the key process of cathode piece automatic molding.studied and analyzed paste suppressing overflow factors,and designed a spill-resistant scheme that is optimized and argued.Demoulding mechanism is also optimized.put forward the method of solving the negative electrode size and the optimization scheme for the paste quality precision.(5)Made the practical validation of automated production on the basis of optimization for the key techniques of cathode zinc silver piece automatic production lines,demonstrating the feasibility and its beneficial effects.
