The domestic auto industry has achieved rapid development after China joined the WTO.At the same time,engine's performance is the core component of the car,which determines the overall performance of the car.Therefore,to equip and design a reasonable and stable information system for the engine production line is indispensable for those car manufacturers.However,most of the information systems with the function of data acquisition and monitor at present,which has been monopolized by foreign companies,such as Sweden,Germany,the United States and so on.Meanwhile,the implementation of the system is expensive,and the maintenance and renovation are not only inconvenient but also need to invest more funds.Therefore,to develop a set of our own information management system is the top priority.Based on the original information system of SAIC K4 engine production line,the monitoring system and database have been optimized,and the device management module,message management and other modules have been integrated and developed.The system is able to obtain the quality data generated during engine assembly,field device status information,alarm information and other information in real time,and upload those to the scene MIS database and backup those to database PIS_NEW.Meanwhile,the on-site production status can respectively be displayed in real time on the monitoring system interface,and the material situations on the line side will be displayed on the device monitoring system interface and live big screen.The thesis is elaborated from the following aspects:1 Using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development tools C#as the development language,Microsoft SQL Server 2008 as the back-end database combined with the ADO.NET database access technology,OPC technology,UDP communication technology and TCP/IP protocol to the existing information management system monitoring system,database optimization,while its integrated development based on the original device management,messaging management module.2 Integrated equipment management system and message management system are adopted in SAIC K4 engine production line to achieve the quality of the data,equipment status data such as real-time display and data storage for subsequent analysis,the material side of the state line display.3 To support the realization of a new information system by using Excel template to import the corresponding data into the database.And enable it easily and efficiently to be apply the integrated device management system,management system short interest information management system to the corresponding engine production line.
